GetRight! Transformation Training Program

If you are serious about transforming your body and improving your overall health health, we have a way for you to do that in JUST 12 weeks! Our GetRight! Transformation Training GUARANTEES RESULTS. We will guide you in every aspect of your transformation and provide you with all you need to achieve your transformation goals.

For your transformation, we are going to take all the guesswork out of the equation for you. You will know with confidence that you have the tools needed for your success. We are going to provide you with:

– 36 Strength/Conditioning Workouts                                                                                                         – 24 Endurance/Conditioning Workouts                                                                                                     – Accountability(Scheduled training times in our Private Training Facility)                                       – Daily Cardio Training recommendations                                                                                                 – Fitness Assessments every 4 weeks to gauge your progress                                                                 – Daily nutritional guidance and tips including recipe ideas                                                                   – Daily nutritional accountability and food log review                                                                              – Daily access to your trainer

So, the program consists of 3 Strength/Conditioning(30 minute) workouts, 2 Endurance/Conditioning(30 minute) workouts and 6 cardio training sessions a week. Following a good nutritional program with daily accountability. The workouts will be assigned based on health history, personal goals and fitness level.

Your workouts will be loaded into our mobile training app that you can download for free on your smart phone or tablet. The app will allow you to track your workouts and progress, communicate with your trainer, see video demonstration of ant exercise you’re not familiar with, sync with a MyFitnessPal account or FitBit and much more.
