MY TRAINING EXPERIENCE WITH MIKKI CAMPBELL STARTED ON AUGUST 3, 2010. SINCE I HAVE BEEN TRAINING WITH MIKKI I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 30 POUNDS AND I FEEL GREAT. WHEN I BEGAN TO LOSE WEIGHT MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND MY DOCTOR NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE. IN ADDITION TO ME LOOKING GREAT I WAS ALSO, LOWERING MY RISK OF HEART DISEASE, DIABETES, STROKE, AND OTHER HEALTH PROBLEMS. WHEN I FIRST MET MIKKI I TOLD HIM THE THINGS I WOULD LIKE TO ACCOMPLISH WHILE TRAINING WITH HIM AND MY GOALS. MY NUMBER ONE THING WAS TO GAIN CONTROL OF MY BODY BY LOSING WEIGHT AND INCREASING MY STRENGTH AND EXERCISING THE CORRECT WAY WITH WEIGHT TRAINING AND DIET ING AND EATING THE RIGHT FOODS IN ORDER TO GET DRAMATIC RESULTS. I HAVE ALWAYS WORKED OUT BUT, NEVER HAD A PERSONAL TRAINER. MY HUSBAND IS JUST AS EXCITED ABOUT THE NEW SHAPE OF MY BODY AS I AM. MY GOAL IS TO COMPETE ON MAY 28, 2011 WITH THE HELP OF MIKKI CAMPBELL MY TRAINER AND FRIEND.
