Moving Beyond Wishes: The Importance of Goals for Weight Loss

For many of us, advancing age and the challenges of a busy life can lead to feelings of frustration and disappointment when it comes to our weight. When we achieve our goals, we experience a sense of accomplishment and pride that is deeply satisfying.
