Along with being a Personal Trainer, I was also a professional wrestler. In 2007, I had an injury that led to the end of my wrestling career and I found myself in a place I never thought I’d be. I was depressed and allowed myself to get in the worst shape of my life.
In March 0f 2009, I weighed 328 pounds and I decided to do something about it. My journey is detailed in my book, Make It Happen. But, long story short; I lost 100 pounds in 6 months and went on to transform my body, mind & spirit.
For the last decade, I’ve dedicated my life to helping men and women achieve this same type of transformation success and I’m looking forward to seeing you achieve yours. I’ve put a lot of time, research and effort into developing my All In Transformation Program and I’m super excited about sharing it with you!
I believe that the reason, I went through my journey was to have a better understanding of what people struggle with and gain a first hand knowledge of how to overcome the obstacles that inevitably pop up along the way. Being there myself showed me how it feels.
It made me want to not only develop a program that GUARANTEES RESULTS; but fits into anyone’s busy schedule, can be done anywhere anyone feels comfortable, and is affordable. My All In Transformation Program checks off all those blocks.
