Will there be a lot of people in the gym while I am training?

No. We provide a private atmosphere at GetRight! There will never be more than 5 people in the gym at any given time.

What will my first training session be like?

Your first session will consist of a fitness evaluation. Your trainer will record your weight, circumference measurements and body fat percentage. You will be taken through a few exercises to determine your current fitness level and establish goals for your training program.

When should I arrive for my workout?

Your session will begin at the scheduled time of your workout. We ask that you arrive in enough time to change if necessary and have adequate time for a 5-10 minute warm-up.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Call us at 864.760.1999 for any scheduling changes. We do ask for a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment and you not be charged for the cancellation.

Can I workout anytime I want?

Training sessions are by appointment only. Call us at 864.760.1999 to discuss your training schedule. We require appointments for training to provide you with the accountability of having a scheduled training time and to ensure that we maintain a private atmosphere.

Should I eat before my training session?

It’s best to have a light meal at least one hour before your training session.

What should I wear to my training session?

Wear clothing that is comfortable to you and provides proper support.Wear shoes that are appropriate for cardiovascular training, strength training, balance work and plyometric training.

How long are the training sessions?

GetRight! Training Sessions are 30 minute training sessions.

How long will it take for me to see results?

It really depends on your level of commitment and effort. Every person’s body is different and responds to exercise differently. Typically within four weeks clients can see a difference in their bodies.
